There is no necessity to issue notice to respondent no. 2 as the matter was dismissed earlier for non removing office objections and it was a conditional order which was not even known to respondent no.2.

Learned advocate for the applicant himself submitted that the order passed by this Court on 10.06.2022 directing him to remove the office objections within two weeks remained inadvertently unattended by him. He is tendering apology and giving an undertaking that he would remove office objections.

Under such circumstances, the application is allowed. The impugned conditional order dated 10.06.2022 is hereby recalled to the sgp
