Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent/State.

Learned AGP for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar circular dt. 13.02.2015 issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Office of the Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Aurangabad, whereby a committee is formed at District level to consider the grievances raised like in the present petition. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that, the petitioners will approach the District

WP3409.2015.odt Level Committee headed by the Additional Collector by way of filing appropriate application/representation with relevant documents in support of his contention that the petitioners' names were already there in the other right column but subsequent to the computerization of the system, other right column is not available there and, therefore, the names of the petitioners' are not being shown in the said other right column.

Upon filing of such an application/representation within a period of two weeks from today, the District Level Committee headed by the Additional Collector shall, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from today. The decision, which will be taken by the said authority, be communicated to the petitioners. 5.

Writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. It is made clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of this matter.
