This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Family Court Appeal. The applicant has filed service affidavit stating that the respondent has been served through speed post. 2.

The learned counsel submits that, the decree of dissolution of marriage has been passed ex-party. Applicant could not attend the proceedings before the family court. Reasons are given in the application. The same do not seems to have been controverted as respondent does not appear.
