Learned counsel for the applicants submits that alongwith deceased Dharubai @ Mathurabai, the proposed legal heirs viz. Balasaheb and Shivaji are already on record as petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, in the writ petition. Besides petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, the other sons of deceased Dharubai @ Mathurabai remained to be brought on record. Though there is delay in filing application for bringing the said legal heirs on record, learned counsel for the respondents have not raised any serious objection. 2.

In view of above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B", "C" and "D". Application is accordingly disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
