1. The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee for adjudication since 2021. Now that she has appeared for NEET UG-2023 and the schedule requires the documents to be ready by 09.08.2023. She wants early decision. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would appear before the Committee tomorrow i.e. 03.08.2023, Committee shall serve her a copy of the vigilance report and she would file its reply on 04.08.2023 and the Committee may decide the proposal. 2.

Considering the short period available with the Committee, we

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee tomorrow. The Committee shall give her a copy of a vigilance report.
