The present revision is filed against the rejection of application which was filed for grant of succession/heir-ship certificate. The same is rejected. The appeal is dismissed. Aggrieved thereby, the present revision.

Mr. Talhar, the learned counsel states that during the pendency of the present proceedings, Padmabai, the only Class- I heir, has died and now the applicants Class II heirs are the only heirs. 3.

Considering the above, I permit the applicants to withdraw the application filed by them and grant liberty to file fresh application for grant succession certificate/legal heir ship certificate, as may be applied. In that case, the impugned judgment would not come in the way of the applicants.
