Learned A.G.P. submits that the afore said delay is caused due to procedural aspect to be followed, while submitting the appeal some time

ca13958.11 was consumed in getting approval from the office of the Government and in that process the above mentioned delay has been caused.

The reasons/grounds mentioned in the applications for condonation of delay appear to be just and reasonable. Delay is properly explained. Hence, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.
