ORDER :- By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 for correction of the date of birth from 15.6.2002 to 10.8.2002. The proposal is said to be pending before the respondent No.2.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the application/proposal dated 9.7.2019 filed by the petitioner, if not already decided, within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law. 3.
