PER COURT :

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a time-frame. The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to frame the charge within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the trial within a period of six months thereafter. If the trial could not be concluded within the above time-frame, the applicant shall have liberty to move for bail before the trial Court.
