The learned counsel submits that the application seeking rental compensation is pending with respondent no.3.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 and 3.

We do not find any application pending with the Competent Authority. The petitioner appears had given legal notice.

The petitioner may file an application for rental compensation. In case, such an application is filed, then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, preferably

(2) 936-wp-1488-2021 within a period of (09) nine months from the date of filing of application before it. It would consider all the legal aspects including the defences raised by the parties.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
