By the present application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant - original complainant seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondent no. 2 to 8, by order dated 22nd May, 2013, passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamkhed, in connection with C.R. No. 54 of 2013, registered with Police Station, Jamkhed, for offences punishable under Sections 141, 143, 147, 324, 323, 354, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the case of the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that the order of grant of bail is unreasoned. 3.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has supported the order impugned herein.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3, 5 and 7 has supported the order of grant of bail based on the punishment provided for the offences alleged to have been committed by respondentsaccused. 5.

Looking to the punishment provided for offence under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, in my opinion, no interference is called for in the matter of cancellation of bail. In view thereof, the application fails and stand rejected.
