Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the respective parties submit that that no dispute remain between the parties. The petitioner/wife has received lump sum maintenance of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs.Five Lakh) and waived her future rights of maintenance. 3.
The copies of the judgment and decree for divorce by mutual consent passed in H.M.P.No.129 of 2023 by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar, dated 25.06.2024, are placed on record. It is taken on record and marked as Exhibit- "I", for identification.

In view of the above, criminal writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
