Mr. Awate, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that subsequently the layout of the petitioner is sanctioned,

(2) W. P. No. 834 of 2013 however, the approach road provided is at extreme end. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh one with regard to the subsequent sanction of layout.
