The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking medical reimbursement was forwarded and now is pending with the State Government. The same appears from the communication dated 30.06.2018 of the Joint District Registrar Class - I, Nanded to respondent no. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case, the proposal for reimbursement of medical expenses in respect of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 1, then respondent no. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
