Heard. Perused the Order dated 12/06/2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application Nos. 2751 of 2014 and 2753 of 2014.

This Court had granted protection from arrest to the present applicant for a period of 4 months from the date of the Order passed in those 2 criminal applications. This was done in order to enable the prosecution to collect the natural hand-writing and specimen hand-writing of the present applicant and to send it for examination and report.

The learned A.P.P. submits that as yet report of the hand-writing Expert is not received by the Investigating Officer.

In this view of the matter, it is necessary to extend the protection granted by this Court to the present applicant for some more period. Hence, the following order. (i) Ad-interim protection granted to the applicant Sanjay Trimbakrao Swami vide Order dated 12/06/2014 in Criminal Application No. 2751 of 2014 is made absolute for a period of 6 months from the date of this order. (ii) On expiry of the said period of 6 months, applicant would be at liberty for moving fresh application for grant of anticipatory bail.

(iii) Rest of the terms and conditions imposed on the applicant vide Order dated 12/06/2014 in Criminal Application No. 2751 of 2014 are maintained.
