This is a civil application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. 2.

The applicants submits that they are in dire need of money and have not received the fruits of the trial. 3.

On going through the record and having heard the parties, it revealed that the FA No.1272/2005 is dismissed on 10.08.2018 by a reasoned order. That means, the award stands in favour of these khs/Nov.2025/9241

- 2 - applicants. The entitlement of the applicants to receive the awarded compensation as well as the quantum has been adjudicated upon by the learned Tribunal, on going through all the facts of this case. 4.

In these circumstances, I am of the considered view that the interest of the applicants can be secured by permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount, as sought in this civil application, by imposing certain conditions :- 5.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as sought, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial), on furnishing the documents identifying them, such as Aadhar Card, Election Card etc., 6.
