2] Present applicant/appellant, who is convicted by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Biloli in Special (Atrocity) Case No.2 of 2010 for the offences punishable under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

2 9-crappln4506-15.odt Atrocities) Act; Section 7(1)(d) of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955; and Section 323 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year, one month and one year, respectively, on each count, with fine amount, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentence and his release on bail.

3] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the fine amount is already deposited by the applicant.

4] Considering the short term sentence awarded by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended, during pendency of the appeal. The applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
