PER COURT :- This is an application for setting aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial) refusing to registration of the writ petition. Heard.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the writ petition is quashed and set aside and the petition is restored to its original position. The petitioner shall remove objections within six weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled. The delay occurred in presenting the application is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.
