This Civil Application is filed by the Applicant for withdrawal of the amount of interest accrued on the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body. 2.

Indisputably, in connected matter, this Court, by order dated 18th March, 2024 passed in Civil Application No 10760 of 2023 in First Appeal No. 252 of 2015, has permitted similarly situated Applicants to withdraw the amount.

Registrar (Judicial) was directed to submit a report about amount of interest. The report is submitted on 26th August, 2025

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of interest calculated by Registrar (Judicial) in the report dated 26th August, 2025.
