1) The instant Letters Patent Appeal is presented by the intervenor in Writ Petition No.5032 of 2004, objecting to the order passed by learned Single Judge, setting aside the order of disqualification passed against the Respondent/president of the Municipal Council for a duration of six years. The order was passed by the learned Single Judge, dismissing the writ petition on 5.11.2004 and by passage of time, the instant LPA is

rendered infructuous. The Appeal as such stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous. No costs. Pending Civil Application, if any, does not survive and the same stands disposed of (P.R.BORA) (R.M.BORDE) JUDGE JUDGE bdv/
