2 Application 2566 of 2019 ORAL JUDGMENT (Per T.V. Nalawade, J.):
1) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent heard both sides for final disposal.
2) The proceeding is filed by the informant for the relief of quashing of F.I.R.No.616/2018 registered with Nanded Police Station for offences punishable under sections 354, 376, 506 etc. of the Indian Penal Code. During arguments, learned counsel for the applicant, informant submitted that the informant and the respondent have engaged in marriage and there was some dispute in that regard as they belong to different religion. The affidavits signed by the informant and the boy are filed. In view of the nature of dispute and as the informant herself is coming to this Court for getting the relief and as the husband has signed the affidavit this Court holds that relief needs to be given. The application is allowed. Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (A). Rule made absolute in those terms.
