Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant acquiring body. The order dated 22nd July, 2022 indicates that the acquiring body has deposited only 50% amount of the impugned award. Further, this court in similar other matters, vide order dated 20th September, 2022 has

permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the said 50% amount on usual undertaking. As such, same order will follow in these applications.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their concerned amounts which are 50% of the impugned awards, separately on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar Judicial of this Court.
