It would be open for the petitioner to tender representation / application to the Commissioner raising grievance in respect of the order of transfer issued to her within a period of two weeks from today.

On receipt of the representation/application, the Commissioner may take appropriate decision in consonance with the scheme as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation/ application.
