At the outset, both the learned advocates submit that, the parties were referred to mediator by the Trial Court. Through the mediation, the parties have settled their dispute and compromise has taken place between the parties. In view of the same, the proceeding of Criminal M. A. No. 784/2021 is disposed off by order dated 20.12.2022 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Court No. 1, Ahmednagar. 2.

In view of the same, the copy of the order is taken on record signed by learned advocate for the applicants. 3.
