Mr. Deshpande, learned Assistant Solicitor General submits that on 10/02/2015 this Court has protected the interest of the appellant by directing the deposit of 50% amount within period of eight weeks. He urged that extension of eight weeks be granted in the matter for depositing the amount. His statement is accepted. Interim relief is extended with direction to the appellant to deposit the amount as ordered within period of eight weeks from today.
