In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, who is an agriculturist, is aggrieved by non-implementation of the order dated 20.07.2017 passed by the State Information Commissioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

We have heard learned counsel for both sides at length. Mr. Tapse, learned counsel for Respondents submits that the information as called for by the Petitioner and as directed to be supplied under order dated 20.07.2017 shall be supplied to the Petitioner within a period of one week from today. He also
