Petitioner has locus to raise grievance which is of individual nature concerning the employee of the Zilla Parishad. Even otherwise, in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for in respect of order of transfer of the members of the petitioner-society. Writ petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
