By issuing writ of mandamus or by way of any other appropriate writ, order or directions in like nature, the respondent No. 2 Director may kindly be directed to complete the process of hearing and final order may kindly be passed within stipulated time, in accordance with detailed inquiry report dated 05.09.2024 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

It appears that the matter is pending before respondent No. 2 and has not yet been decided. It is in respect of implementation of rules that grievance was raised and even the report is stated to have been taken. Under such circumstance, we feel that period of three months would be sufficient for respondent No. 2 to decide the matter which is already pending before him.

We dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No. 2 to dispose of the complaint/proceeding filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
