This is a successive application seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

Mr Paranjape, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant has strenuously urged that the nature of dispute appears to be civil and the injury noticed in the present case does not infer attraction of offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, for which the present applicant is booked.

It is required to be noted that in the present case, pre-arrest bail application, being Criminal Application No.3045 of 2015, preferred by the applicant came to be dismissed as withdrawn on 29th June, 2015. Subsequent thereto, there are no further developments, which prompts

(2) criap4514.15 this Court to re-appreciate the contentions raised by the applicant in the earlier application.
