The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 27.06.2019 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad by which, the orders of the District Collector and the Sub Divisional Officer have been set aside with reference to Mutation Entry No.2165, which has also been set aside.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have a statutory remedy of preferring a second revision before the Honourable Minister in view of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with
