The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is appointed on 1st February 2012, under the impugned order approval is granted from 1.2.2016 as Shikshan Sevak.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that petitioner has submitted application for correction/modification of the order of approval. 3.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has approached to Education Officer for modification of the approval order, the Education Officer shall consider the application of the petitioner

WP No.10903/21 for modification of the order of approval on it's own merits, in accordance with law and take decision on it, preferably within four months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
