Limited grievance raised in this petition is that, proceedings in file No. Shanimandir/Kavi-2022/388 pending before the Superintendent of Land Records, Beed has been closed for orders without giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Normally, this Court would not have entertained the petition, however, it appears that respondent no.3 put the petitioner to condition that arguments shall be concluded within a period of ten minutes and then closed the matter. It

wp 9907.25.odt was specifically brought to notice of respondent no.3 that considering voluminous evidence, petitioner needs to be given sufficient opportunity. The approach of respondent no.3 cannot be countenanced. However, instead of keeping this petition pending, it can be disposed off by giving certain directions. Hence, following order.

The Respondent No.3 shall permit the petitioner to elaborately argue the matter and also file written submissions alongwith the documents, if any, on 25.8.2025 or any other suitable date as thereafter fixed by respondent no.3 and then close the matter for final orders.

Before passing final order, respondent no.3 may call for necessary and relevant record from office of Taluka Inspector of Land Records.

In terms of the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed off.

iii.

Learned AGP to communicate the aforesaid order to the concerned forthwith.
