It is submitted that the petitioner was granted benefit of pay-scale of librarian under order dated 3rd October, 2012. Subsequently, under order dated 22nd November, 2012, the earlier order dated 3rd October, 2012 was kept in abeyance / cancelled on the ground that SLP Stamp No.33658/2011 is pending.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner points out that the said SLP is dismissed and review petition filed before the Apex Court is also dismissed.

In view of above, there will be no

10685.17wp impediment for the Education Officer to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the trained graduate pay-scale as was granted under the order dated 3rd October, 2012. The Education Officer (Secondary) shall pass orders with regard to the same within six weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
