The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submit that the dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent has been amicably settled out of the Court. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Respondent has agreed to waive the rights accrued in his favour by virtue of the order passed in Complaint (ULP) No.52 of 2012 and confirmed by the Industrial Court, Jalgaon in Revision (ULP) No.3 of 2015 by accepting a lumpsum amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of compensation. The consent terms are reduced in writing and are placed on record of this Court. Document of consent terms is placed on record and marked "Exhibit - X".

920 wp.12489.15.odt The Respondent is present before the Court accompanied by his counsel. Representative of the Petitioner is also present before the Court accompanied by his counsel. The Respondent and the Petitioner admit the contents of the consent terms placed on record at Exhibit - X as well as their respective signatures on the said document of consent terms.

In view of the compromise so arrived at between the parties, present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said compromise. Rule is made absolute in above terms. [ P. R. BORA, J. ] ndm
