Learned counsel for the respondent/original claimant seeks withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant/original respondent records no objection for the same.

Learned counsel for insurer makes statement that the Insurance Company has deposited 50% amount in this Court. He undertakes to deposit remaining amount of 50% within a period of 8 weeks. On deposit of the said FA-2653-2015.odt

amount, entire amount along with interest accrued be paid to the claimants. 5.

In view of this, claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest in accordance with award passed by the Tribunal.

In view of this, appeal stand disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 8.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 9.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 10.
