The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would press for only prayer clause [C] and would not press for prayer clause [B] in this petition. 3.

Though the petitioner is impugning the order passed by respondent no.2 granting confirmation to the appointments of the contesting respondents, he is simultaneously seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to take decision on his representation dated 08.06.2022. 4.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as also learned AGP.
