Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case, the applicants, who have lost their son in the accident, are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited with the Commissioner, by filing an undertaking before the Commissioner and placing copy of the same in this case, to the effect that such withdrawal shall abide by final order in the appeal.
