We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. The learned counsel for respective parties agree that, the

2 wp 8089.14 petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 8008 of 2014 and other connected writ petitions, which we have disposed of vide order dated 02nd December, 2014. 2.

In the light of that, in the present matters also we pass the same order.

The petitioners shall join at the places they are directed to be absorbed vide order dated 07.09.2014 and start discharging their duties. Subsequently, if the posts and the places at which these petitioners were directed to be absorbed vide order dated 28.08.2014 are sanctioned, the respondents shall accommodate each of the petitioner on the said posts, which they were directed to be absorbed vide order dated 28.08.2014. With these observations and directions, writ petitions stand disposed of. Considering the fact that order of status quo was in force, the respondents shall not deprive the petitioners of their salary for the interregnum period.
