Order :- Heard learned counsel for appellant -Insurance Company and learned counsel for original respondent-claimant.

According to learned counsel for Insurance Company, the entire amount of the Award passed by the learned Tribunal has already been deposited in this Court, therefore, learned counsel requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award in the present appeal. 3.

In view of factum of depositing the entire decreetal amount in this Court, nothing remained for execution of impugned Judgment and Award for the respondent-original claimant.

In such circumstances, there is no propriety to deal with the application to grant stay. Hence, the application for stay stands disposed of. 5.
