The learned A. P. P. submits that during pendency of this Criminal Writ Petition, on the basis of complaint lodged by the Supply Inspector on the directions given by the concerned Tahsildar, Crime No.0084/2022 came to be registered at Tupa Police Station, Tq. Parner, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 & 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The learned A. P. P. also submits that so far as the allegation in respect of fctitious names are concerned, the First Information Report came to be lodged to that extent and no substance was found in respect of other allegations made by the petitioner.

In view of the above statement, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition itself, pending Criminal Application No.965 of 2022 does not survive and stand disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand) deposited before this Court and balance amount of Rs.5000/-(Rs.
