It is submitted that, petitioners' proposal for the losses incurred by the exporters/farmers in 2010 due to occurrence of residue of CCC on grapes exported to European Union countries is pending with the Ministry of Finance.

The Ministry of Finance may take decision on the said proposal on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
