This application is filed for condonation of delay of 4685 days caused in filing the appeal.

Learned AGP strongly objects the application. He submits that there are no sufficient grounds for condonation of delay. Learned advocate for applicant points out that there is undertaking given by the applicants that they will not claim interest for the delayed period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of present case, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the Advocates' Association Bar Library, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad.
