By order dated 23.11.2020, this Court has allowed Civil Application No. 4881 of 2020 in First Appeal (St.) No. 26975 of 2019 and permitted the applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh) out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The applicants/original claimants have filed this application for apportionment of the above said amount of Rs.12,00,000/- and as such, modification of the order dated 23.11.2020.

Thus, considering the operative part of the order passed by the Tribunal, applicant no.1 Anita Rohidas Tambade is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh). The amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh) shall be kept in Fix Deposit in any nationalized bank in the name of minor applicant no.2 Soham Rohidas Tambade till further orders and the remaining amount shall be paid to applicant nos. 3 and 4 equally.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
