Mr. Wagh, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is terminated from service on 2nd August 2021. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the Board along with the stay petition. The same is not yet decided. It is hardly a month the petitioner has filed an appeal.

It is submitted that Board sits for meeting 2-3 times in a year.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is terminated from service, we expect the Board to decide the said appeal of the petitioner expeditiously and if it is possible, may decide the appeal of the petitioner within a year.
