Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of earlier directions of this Court, the committee has not yet decided the validation proceeding. The hearing is also concluded by the committee on 26.12.2019.

Now, it appears that the petitioner will have to argue the matter afresh.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30.12.2020. The committee shall thereafter rehear the petitioner and decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of hearing the petitioner. The petitioner may refer
