The girl along with respondent no. 4 has remained present in view of the notice issued. We have heard the girl. She says, that after the marriage she resided with the petitioner for four days, however, she does not want to reside with him. She is denying the allegation that she has been confined by her parents.

The girl is major. Under such circumstances, in present writ petition what could be ensured is whether the person is confined or not and this court cannot go into the other aspects and after ensuring that the girl is not confined, no writ can be issued nor any other order can be passed. sgp
