It is stated in the application that respondent No. 1- Dnyaneshwar Shivappa Suradkar died on 05-09-2020, however, there is delay in filing such application.

Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 3.

Though this application is pending since last four to five months, no reply opposing the condonation of delay to said application is filed.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application the delay

Further, application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No. 1 is allowed. The appellant is directed to carry out necessary amendment within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

The office is directed to place the first appeal thereafter in admission category.
