This Court by order dated 1st August, 2023, continued the protection granted by Labour Court to the services of petitioner.

Learned advocate for respondents points out that services of petitioner are terminated on 31.07.2023. Copy of the said order is placed on record.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the Industrial Court, Latur, thereby refusing ad-interim relief prayed for by petitioner. Bhagyawant Punde

Learned advocate for petitioner prays for status quo, which in the opinion of this Court cannot be granted at this stage. Writ petition is therefore disposed of by directing the Industrial Court, Latur to decide Revision (ULP) No. 11/2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
