The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment/permanency of the petitioner is pending with Education Officer since November 2019, the same is not yet decided.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No.111) is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months.
