The appellant/applicant has moved this application seeking stay to the execution of the award.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that in connected appeals arising out of same acquisition vide order dated 02-12-2020 passed by this court [CORAM: V. L. Achliya, J.], stay has been granted subject to deposit of amount to the extent of 75% of award passed by the reference court within twelve weeks. Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that same order be passed in these applications. The copy of order dated 0212-2020 has been tendered cross the bar and taken on record. 4.
On due consideration of the submissions advanced, I am of the view that the applications deserve to be allowed in terms of order dated 02-12-2020 passed in civil application No. 7763/2020 in FAST No. 21077/2020 for the reasons recorded in the said order.

Accordingly, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause-A subject to deposit of amount to the extent of 75% of award passed by the reference court within twelve weeks from the date of order of this court.

Applications are disposed of in above terms.
